The incident recorded security camera on August 26. In what
seems to Amanda Confer, 24 years old to have sex with Randel Peterson,
32 years, the last seat on a bus. The Peterson and fellow prisoner, Joshua Schill, aboard the bus, after a work program, which allows to prisoners leaving jail on specific EU cases.
